Best location & newly renovated! Our house is 1.5 miles from Falmouth Heights beach, only a 2 min walk to Tj Maxx, Walmart, and Shaws, and a 5 min drive to Main Street! Perfect for families! You can enjoy a large yard, with outdoor seating, lawns games, and more! Enjoy privacy in our entirely fenced in yard on a quiet street.
Guests will have access to entire main floor and yard/driveway. Note- there is another rental tenant in a completely separate area of the home with separate driveways, walkways, and yards, so guests will not come into contact with each other.

Summary: House felt dirty, old coffee pod still in machine, misc bottle caps etc visible, quirky ac, blasted at night. Guest complained about uncomfortable mattresses. No issues with property everything worked as described. The location is good to walk to Walmart and food shopping, a little bit further from the beach than expected but still walkable

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were also very nice and comfortable. The location was convenient to Falmouth center. We appreciated the extras like the beach unmbrella and chairs.

Summary: The house is big and clean with a huge kitchen ( counter seating and large table that seats six) , 3 bedrooms and a nice big living room. All appliances were new and the kitchen is fully equipped ( dishes, glasses, pots and pans) as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels etc. It’s a great space. The house is about a 1/2 hour walk from the closest beach, so we had to drive to beaches, but it’s a short walk to grocery stores and other shops. I highly recommend this property. The host, Juliana, even prepared a welcome basket for us with lots of yummy snacks !
