Positive: Proximity to ocean. Walking distance for us. Near restaurants,theater, shopping and Dairy Queen. Close to Martha’s Vineyard boat if needed.

Negative: Everything was good. We stayed in the Beach house.

Positive: Nice room up grade thank you, great central location. very clean and crisp.

Negative: Room prices changed 3 times from placing reservation on line to check in! Crazy Bed was extremely hard, trouble sleeping for me, my wife did not have a problem with mattress firmness, I did.

Negative: Bathroom needs updating.

Positive: The property is beautiful. We loved the little balcony outside our room. Great spot for a nice glass of wine to end the evening. Even though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the close proximity for a walk to the beach. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely consider again next year as the place to stay the night before I ferry trip to MV.
