Summary: We were in town for a wedding at the Icona and this was a calm, cozy place to stay away from the wedding hoopla. The house was clean with many nice amenities. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space to lounge and talk. The location was close to the beach, the Icona and a nice park area. We enjoyed the covered porch on rainy,overcast days. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Summary: This condo was perfect for a four day trip with a toddler and infant. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. Parking was easy and the home is very well stocked.

Summary: We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Our family of 5 adults and one child had plenty of space. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Summary: Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was easy for even for my five year old! We used the outdoor hose to clean off our feet but didn’t need the open outdoor shower. We dined at the Avalon Brew Pub and Mack’s Pizza, two times each, as they were both a very easy walk. We also grabbed groceries at Bud’s Market, an easy walk down the road. Stone Harbor and Avalon downtowns were both a short drive. All in all we had a great trip and highly recommend!
