The four bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. There is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed for preparing meals. The pool by the house had been updated since our last visit and we got to enjoy that. We will definitely be back

Summary: We had two families coming together with 7 kids and this house worked just perfectly for us. The bunk room was an awesome space for them to all be together. The back patio was perfect for all of us to spread out and many crafts, games and activities were accomplished out there. Just what we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay at Sunshine on your shoulders was good and I would stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was we could not adjust the air at all. It had a lock code on it and was locked from guest adjusting the air. Also the washer was out but the property manager got a new one in the house in just day and it was a really quick process to swap out. We had a great time overall and the house was very beautiful.

We’ve stayed in several houses here in Morgantown and this was by far our favorite. It was so clean and decorated perfect. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom! The open floor plan is perfect for a large family like ours. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the rental included a golf cart. My parents are older and the walk was a little tough on them. We will be back!

Summary: The property was nice. We had a couple of issues, the floor was dirty, our feet turned black when walking barefoot; the bed in one of the bedrooms was broken and we had to remove the mattresses to fix it; there was a ton of sand that we washed off ourselves in the carports and the brother in law appeared a lot and seemed to be watching us, especially on check out day while we were loading up. He sat on a golf cart across the street and watched us load our vehicles. That made us feel uncomfortable. The location was nice, loved the roominess of the house, easy access to pools and beach. The porch outside was wonderful.

My wife and I took our three grown kids, their spouses, and our six grandkids, and we had a great time. Plenty of room, and the house was spotless and nicely decorated. I would like to have more water pressure in the master shower. That would be my only complaint. I would stay there again as access to the beach, and pool was easy since I could bring my golf cart. But not a far walk either.
