Positive: A beautiful clean apartment. Well laid out and planned . Big and spacious . Everything we needed for a week's stay. Beds were comfy, great pressure in the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you would need. Location was perfect for us , close to Robin Hoods Bay and a great base to explore further a field . Off the road parking for two cars . The Grosvenor Hotel just around the corner, great for a relaxing drink or a lovely home made meal . The hosts were fantastic , Cliff and Laura were a great team and provided lots of information before and during our stay . Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Positive: Excellent location, the property is spacious clean warm, off street parking. Loads of information given about surrounding areas of interests, eateries and walks by the host. Wonderful place to visit, will be back again.

Positive: Location perfect for what we wanted, near enough to the beach and (for Robin Hood's Bay) the luxury of a designated car parking space outside the front door. Well equipped kitchen, all facilities good quality and in full working order. Owner etc live very local, so any questions or minor points (one slightly loose door handle) addressed very quickly.

Negative: I'm a slightly heavier guy, the mattresses - which were in great condition for what they are - were made for people with less to them (like many other holiday lets), so my sleep wasn't as restful as it could have been.
