Positive: Great location with beautiful views over a lovely bay. Exceptional staff. Warm and very helpful. Comfortable, clean and good size room.

Negative: Victorian property so has its minor quirks. But currently in the process of renovation. Will be very good when complete, probably one of the best in Port Erin.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was ok and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Good choices for breakfast and the staff were great. We enjoyed the restaurant choices and a drink in the bar later. When our ferry was cancelled there wasnt a problem extending our stay

Negative: The stairs would perhaps be difficult for some people
