Positive: The location is second to none. Easy walk to downtown and the beach. The house is very big, so clean and a lot of kitchen utensils. There are a generous amount of towels and laundry! This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint.

Negative: Needed much clearer instructions on how to use the E-Lock codes to open the front door. It was more of a process then just entering the codes. The process had 4 steps which were not in the instructions. There were no kleenex boxes provided in the house and there were no cups provided in the bathrooms, which is normally standard when it comes to rentals.

Summary: Overall our stay was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Positive: Location, private deck, walking distance to beach, kitchen had all we needed except bowls. The cleanliness, housekeeping was fabulous.

Negative: We would have liked to know about the stairs! No where in the add for the house did it say ALL rooms are on second level! Had we known we would have looked to see if you had other accommodations.

Positive: This beautiful home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for two adults, two teenagers and one small child (plus dog!). The location was superb, quiet/peaceful and just a short stroll to the beach. We would certainly stay here again!
