Summary: I loved the view from my spacious room on the 18th floor. The bedding was made of fine materials and the pillows were a range so you could choose which you liked under your head. Check in and out was quick and easy. The concierge and staff were kind and helpful. If you’re on the 18th floor the ice maker is broken and you have to dig around and find the flap then put it back up behind the dispenser in order to dispense ice. I hope they fix it before you arrive.

Summary: Lovely stay as always. Staff was wonderful especially when our room sprung a leak and they moved us to an equivalent room. The rooms have taken a beating given the volume of turnover during Alaska cruise season. They could use a bit of a makeover, though we will come back again and again.

Summary: We were upgraded to a beautiful harbor view! Wonderful room and very helpful staff. Problem first day with bathroom drain should have been identified during cleaning. Fixed immediately! Elevators we a problem. (Maintenance activities) ARC restaurant- mixed. Excellent dinner! So-So breakfast. Very good and friendly wait staff. Given the opertunity, we would stay again!
