Summary: Really stunning surroundings. Rooms and some public areas are very tired. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Poor food choices and extortionate prices. A pint of Moretti £8.50!! Breakfast was good with variety and quality ingredients and staff coped well with the volume of guests due to the holidays

Summary: Overall a very good stay. Food was excellent and staff were extremely attentive. Used the spa facilities which were first class and also had some treatments. Look forward to returning.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. Tinged with slight disappointment! We really enjoy staying at this hotel and the staff are excellent. However, our rooms made us question the price as we felt the rooms were not up to the standard we expected from a five star hotel.

Summary: Family stay for long weekend. Been many times over the years. Location is super. Having stayed at many competitor hotels such as Cromlix & Cameron House Hotel the attention to detail and service quality is not as good at Fairmont. Dining experiences are also not as good.

Summary: Relaxing weekend by St Andrews! Excellent food, amenities and grounds. Kids under 6 eat free. Will definitely go back. Lovely staff!

Summary: Hotel was lovely and staff were amazing. Only thing was when we went to our room and opened the fridge to pop some drinks in, it hadn’t been cleaned from whoever was in the night before. There was still a cake lying on the fridge and it had began to go off and go into the rest of the items in the mini bar :( and some of the milk had been used from the previous people - so we had to ask for the fridge to be cleaned and then restocked. Think this should have been done prior to us checking in!
