Positive: I booked 2 rooms for my husband and I second room for my daughter and family it was across the hall better for privacy . I would not to have it across the hall better then side by side

Positive: All of the above! When I needed service (e.g., fixing a light bulb, taking my luggage downstairs) response was quick and helpful.

Negative: Dinner my first night was disappointing. I ordered roast chicken and what came was a roasted Caron- big and tough - instead of a flavorful roasting chicken. Aso, the breakfast buffet the next morning was underwhelming.
