Summary: This is a four, not five star hotel. The staff are very friendly but the property is becoming run down/ the location is lovely and quiet. All the rooms face the ocean and we enjoyed our balcony. The restaurant needs a more varied menu, but there are lots of restaurants to try. Nothing much in the way of walking but there’s a bit. They need to bring down the price of the room, though, since I was paying Four Seasojs price but without the quality. But as said, staff is very friendly and helpful. The property isn’t as advertised on their website since they show multiple restaurants on site - seems like they are in transition. I stil enjoyed my stay. But I won’t go back until the property is revamped.

Summary: For a Fairmont 5-star rating it was terrible breakfast was very limited grounds were not too tidy staff was way too slow they ran out of food and drinks at breakfast for the amount of money we paid it was a terrible experience
