Summary: Whining fridge in room very loud. Maintainance had a look and stopped it but then it started again. So we had to unplug. No creamer for coffee. Room a little shabby. Charged for valet parking but had to go get car as there was a parade.

Summary: We arrived prior to our check in time so they took our bags and sent us a text when our room was ready. Allowed us to start enjoying the city instead of just waiting around. The grounds are beautiful, the service excellent, the meals delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient to many of the attractions. I loved the history of this historic hotel. Special shout out to Zachary at the valet stand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and comfort.
