Positive: Very clean and lovely apartment view was good customer service was very good and very helpfull.

Negative: Children screaming upto midnight playing outside on the football pitch loads of banging by the football on the boards other than that very good

Positive: Quiet and good sleeping environment for everyone. People ages 6 months to 70 years and we all had a great time. Close to beach and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with herbs and spices for cooking.

Negative: Stairs to second floor could be a problem for some people. I missed the bottom step carrying things out and fell but was not injured. My son almost fell from the top step carrying his baby. They are not poorly constructed but require caution. Checkout time seems a little early.

Positive: A gem in Astana! Everything was great. New building with spacious elevator. New appartment with spacious and calm interior design. Spotless clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was very warm with -25 Celsius outside. The host is very friendly and responsive, and was very helpful throughout the stay. Right down the building is a bus station, pharmacy and supermarket as well as a petrol station.

Negative: Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.
