Summary: What this property lacks in amenities, it more than makes up for in customer service. My dauggter and I stayed here while she her orientation at the U of Alabama. I can't even detail how above and beyond this staff went to make our stay feel like we were with family. I believe the manager is Luke and I don't even want to gove specifics about some of the ways he helped our stay.....(if you read this..think bedding for my daughter). Over the next 4 years, this will be my go to hotel while my daughter is in college. Super close to campus, stores, food, beer, everything.

Summary: Drove 5.5 hours from Florida because we were in the area to purchase a new car. Great customer service, clean and good location! We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice! They have a snack area in the lobby, plenty of seating and breakfast with coffee. Would stay here again! Not sure of the man’s name that we did a late check in with on May 19th, but he was so nice and helpful and quick to check us in!

Summary: The room was not available as advertised, they changed my room and added a charge. The breakfast was too late to be useful. The room smelled awful, I really should have demanded a different room but I was so exhausted I decided to just put up with it.
