Summary: Food ran out at breakfast with 40 minutes to go. Not well stocked or attended. Quality was not worth the expense. I left a docking station and was notified promptly and recovered it on way home. Good customer service.

Summary: 1. Bathroom Amenities: There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower, but instead two bottles of shampoo. Additionally, the body lotion appeared to have already been opened and used, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. 2. Pillow Quality: There was no option to choose from different types of pillows, and the ones provided were of very poor quality. They lacked support, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. 3. Breakfast Meat Options: The buffet breakfast offered very limited meat options. The only available choice was spicy sausages, which may not suit everyone’s taste.
