Negative: No cream rinse, something stained on the back of the bathroom door, coffee had no taste, smell of chlorine from the pool

Positive: Free breakfast was excellent. Beds were surprisingly VERY comfortable. Their pool was nice and whirpool was great. Staff was amazing. They upgraded our room as a surprise. Unfortunately their was an issue with the pull-put couch so we had to go back to a regular room BUT they were so accommodating and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

Negative: My one complaint for ALL hotels - the pillows could be firmer!! If I had to nitpick, maybe a few more breakfast options - but that's really a nitpick!

Summary: Lovely hotel for a quick getaway.

Positive: Located four minutes from the surgery center where my husband had a knee replacement. Everything was clean and well organized. Bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The woman who checked us in that afternoon was, to put it politely, passive aggressive with a big attitude. It seems she had not been trained in how to be welcoming or polite.

Summary: Nice place to stay if you need to be in Malta. Very reasonably priced. Staff training, uneven.

Positive: The room was very quiet. The pillows were fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Negative: Our room was never cleaned at all after our first day's stay. The front desk said it was because of a "do not disturb" sign, but that's not true. They did absolutely nothing to make up for their mistake.

Summary: Our stay was great except for the fact that our room never got cleaned.
