Positive: Great facility. Outdoor bbq grills, good size pool, basketball/volleyball court. Good size gym and clean rooms.

Negative: Location isn’t the greatest. Close to water so a lot a bugs at night.

Positive: We had such a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in San Jose! The hotel was super clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location made it easy to get anywhere we needed. What really stood out though was the customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Positive: As soon as you walk in you are greeted by great staff who make you feel welcomed. Their breakfast was amazing and had a good variety each day. The pool and hot tub where clean and they always had towels outside stocked up.

Positive: The breakfast was above and beyond every morning. Staff was very helpful. The convenience or the store up front was wonderful along with the designated spot for food delivery. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would come back!

Negative: Very close to a train (didn’t mind much) and the parking was pretty crowded
