Summary: Breakfasts were quite good. Pool was very nice. Location quiet but near some restaurants that are family friendly. Although not close to any one location we were going--Genesee Village, Ganondagon museum, Erie Canal tour, Museum of Play, it was a reasonable distance from all of them--they are quite spread out.

Summary: The staff were very nice. It is a nice property, but the air conditioning didn’t work as well as it should. It was pretty warm in the room. The room was very clean, though, and the bed was comfortable except when it got hot and the air conditioner couldn’t cool it down. The breakfast was pretty good but the last morning there was no half and half for the coffee and the staff said they wouldn’t get it until the next day. Not a huge thing, but maybe an employee could have run to the store nearby and gotten a quart? They were also out of English muffins the last morning we were there. Again, not that big of a deal. Overall, a good stay.

Summary: It was a good choice for a weekend stay and worth it for the deal we got, but it was hard to find front desk staff after hours. We needed to check in at 9 pm, and it took 20 minutes to find someone. Pool was small, but our kids had fun.
