Summary: Upon arrival I checked in up front at the desk. I proceeded to my room number and was surprised to see another guest already staying in the room. I went back to the front desk where the front desk staff was very rude and unapologetic. He huffed his breath in frustration. I was nothing but kind and was understanding.
