Positive: Cleanliness and the front desk assistant was helpful because at the time I got to the hotel, he said they were fully booked and he would have himself go to a dirty room and clean that. In the end, the room that was available was had only a towel to change and everything else was clean.

Negative: The Wifi didn't work at all. After connecting to the network, it was expected for a modal window to be triggered where I would need to insert my info, however, it didn't appear. I called the front desk and he said the only thing he could do was to provide a number of the support team. I was not able to call the support team as I chose to go sleep because it was late night.

Summary: Cleanliness of the hotel and willingness to help are outstanding. On a flip side, wifi is terrible.

Positive: The location was nice. Close to restaurants, gas stations, stores, and UCF. The A.C. worked well.

Negative: The bathroom had a smell. Not sure if it was coming from the drain or it was cleaned with a well used rag.

Positive: Employees at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Easy and quick check in and check out. Room very clean and quiet. I loved this hotel. Free breakfast and free parking a plus.

Negative: Liked everything about this hotel. I will definitely use this hotel in the future.
