Positive: The facilities and location are phenomenal. How can you go wrong with a free water park, game room, and gym within walking distance, a small, private, heated pool, and three bedrooms and three bath villa for your family stay. This was a great stay.

Negative: The management company was a bit annoying, requiring signed rules prior to booking, but not offering tools to make it easy to do so, and not bringing missing towels timely. However, even with these mild annoyances, this location and the amenities can not be beat. It was an amazing stay.

Summary: Can't beat the amenities offered.

Negative: Our room was dirty :( there was hair in the bathtub , the bathroom downstairs smelt like pee , the master bedroom smelt like body odor , the kids bathroom up stairs smelt like pee also . The floors were dirty . I wasnt very happy about that . But seeing how it was booked I highly doubted we could get another rental . Maybe have a chat with the cleaning staff ? It wasn't pleasant staying in a room that smelt like body odor .Other than the unit being dirty the resort the pool was wonderful .

Need a quick grocery run or a last-minute souvenir? No problem! Beyond the fantastic location, the house itself exceeded our expectations. We found everything we needed, from kitchen utensils and cookware to extra blankets and towels – it truly felt like a home away from home. Positive: Spacious, close to amenities, Celt very secure, clean pool area, cleaned whilst we weee there also.

Negative: The floors of villa and some on the wood needed a good clean but only to my standard, just felt a bit sticky
