Summary: I found bed bugs on my bed. I told the front desk and all they said was that they were going to clean the room. They didn’t try to make it right now I have to wash my pillow and clothes because I don’t want the bed bugs coming into my home.

Summary: First visit to this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, however, the mattress in one of the beds was TERRIBLE. You could see the indentions in the mattress, which gave both my wife and I sore backs! The "free" breakfast was just "ehh." I stayed at a Staybridge Inn, which featured eggs, bacon, and sausage, which this breakfast lacked.

Summary: The room was nice. However, we got a suite and the tv didn’t work in the living room area. When we pulled out the couch to turn it into a bed for my son it was dirty. There was hair and food crumbs so he had to sleep in bed with us. The shower also had some wear and signs of mold in the corner.
