Positive: Convenient location to University of Jamestown

Negative: Beds were very small and not super comfortable. There was no breakfast food available despite us getting down there in time. They obviously underestimated the demand for breakfast.

Summary: It was fine for what we needed.

Positive: The pool area is fantastic along with the patio area. The breakfast was also sensational.

Negative: Our TV wouldn't turn on. We wondered why the TV was on when we first arrived to the room. My husband figured out of you unplug the TV from the back & and plugging it back in would fix the issue. I also asked for more towels for our room & the front desk lady said they needed to finish washing & would bring it to our room. We never saw the towels. I asked again & it still was never delivered. 1 more pillow would also be fantastic but otherwise it was a good stay.

Positive: Beds were comfortable and the second room we were given keys to was clean.

Negative: When we arrived and checked in, we were given keys to a room that had clearly not been cleaned (bed unmade, garbage on counter, towels on floor, tv still playing a show) and still had a DND sign hanging from the door. Had to go down to the front desk and try again. Staff didn't seem to show any reaction that this was kind of a gross issue, considering someone could have still been in that room and just asked if we were OK being on a different floor. The elevator did not sound good and was slow, so we stopped using it out of being cautious.
