Negative: Well this is the second time now that when going to put something in the fridge there was stuff in the fridge. Seems like housekeeping cleans and checks everything except for the fridge.

Positive: This Fairfield Hotel was EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY way! From Parker, who was very congenial & knowledgeable at front desk at check in, to EVERY SINGLE Staff person we encountered during our stay. ALL staff were responsive & timely in meeting our needs. For instance, letting us into the pool & gym area in a timely manner since it meant getting the front desk covered to do so, refilling the items needed during a busy breakfast. Which by the way was EXCELLENT for what we needed & what was served. Healthy by most of the choices offered & inclusive of additional choices otherwise that might be more appealing to children as well as PLENTY of COFFEE w/out a wait! In addition, your ENTIRE premises was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, calm & inviting! If your prices continue to remain this reasonable- a little higher than expected, but absolutely worth it for the way we were satisfied & it met our needs. We surely will consider your hotel at THIS location in the future & would not hesitate to recommend other families to stay also. THANK YOU for what you ALL do to make ours & others enjoy the stay. You ALL do a fine job representing this industry & chain well! Not always so these days. Good to know it does still exist!
