Summary: During our recent 4-day stay, our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to request fresh towels twice before they were provided. This was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. That said, the room itself was comfortable, and we did enjoy the breakfast each morning.

Summary: I had a reservation for 2 rooms, which were done together. I had called the property to let them know i would check in around 10. 1 room on the 1st floor and the 2nd on the second floor. Doesn't make any sense. Rooms were ok. Floor and elevator was ok. Smell weird.

Summary: It was a super short overnight stay as we stayed here to split up our road trip. We arrived late & left early the next morning. Desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean. And AC worked great!!

Summary: It was a nice stay. The room was good and comfortable. On the downside, there was not any bread for toast, only bagels. No fruit or muffins to eat or take away.

Summary: We enjoy staying at this hotel and do so two times per year. The hotel is always clean and inviting, however, this time, we noticed that there were many things that needed maintenance. They include: The lighted mirror did not work; The electricle receptacle GFIC did not work; The water pressure was too low in the shower; One of the two elevators did not work; There was no functioning guest computer; Finally, there was not AC instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning. ROOM 205. Please address these items as we want to come back.
