Summary: My stay was great I’ve stayed here back in June which prompted my stay this month. I came down from Alabama to Virginia to visit my spouse who’s in military AIT. If only early check in around 12 was possible as I was really tired from the driving but was able to check in early at 2 with the help of front desk

Summary: Customer service was awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay. We are in the area quite a bit and this is now our go-to hotel.

Summary: Very disappointing. Thermastat unable to be adjusted lower than 68 however the room would not even cool to 68 the temperature stayed between 72-74. Woke up drenched in sweat. Shower only gets lukewarm not matter how hot you try to make it. Otherwise a very clean hotel. Staff seemed to still be in learning mode. Took 4 people to get me registered and that took them 20 minutes to assign me a room when I had a reservation.
