Positive: from the moment we were greeted at the front desk by Judy, until we departed our experience was excellent. our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. breakfast was really good. had a lovely chat with the housekeeper, didn't get her name. our check out was great, had a wonderful conversation with Jasmine. excellent service from beginning to end.

Negative: nothing.

Summary: Our stay was welcoming, comfortable and beyond our expectations. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: Very comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower. The restaurant was great. Coffee was a little weak, but there was a second tea option that made up for it. Food was great. The omelet station was excellent! The young man was upbeat, friendly and well prepared This option was an outstanding surprise!

Negative: We were disappointed that there is no hot tub at this hotel.

Positive: Breakfast okay, but not good. Oatmeal cold. Scrambled eggs dry ( not creamy) and not hot. Would be nice to have some kind of potato.

Negative: The hockey group was noisy, and took over everything. They were inconsiderate of other guests. Hotel staff should keep them on separate floor, and tell the adults with them what areas of hotel can be used for them to run and exercise. It's better that staff are proactive with this, rather than wait for guests to be disturbed and complain.

Summary: Very good, except for issue with hockey group exercising and running outside my door.

Positive: We were here for the second time. The place did not disappoint again, everything was in a way and at the level it must be for this sort of hotels. Also, it is affordable if you are hunting for better offers :)

Positive: Beautiful clean and comfortable room. Had a mini fridge and a microwave which was nice. The only negative thing (and it’s minor) is that the water pressure could be a little better or maybe a better shower head…..but not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again. Lots of amenities close by as well.
