Positive: Room size and general decor were great. Staff very friendly. breakfast room nice... a simple breakfast, but good for the overall rental price. I would consider staying again.

Negative: Air Con was quite noisey. it's not central AC, but a split system, and motor outside, and fan air inside are both farily noisey. It was a cheap AC unit. Sofa lounge material is very synthetic, but OK. at one stage for a few minutes, things on the desk were vibrating... I thought it was a mini earth quake/ tremmer at first. Then i realised it must have been some big washing machine vibrating my whole room. So a low cost construction building. I would never use that builder again, as I've never experienced anything like it, except in Taipei city when an earthquake level 4 happened :)

Summary: overall good. shame about cheap noisy AC unit, and shaky building.

Positive: It smelled incredible, breakfast was the best ever. Outsole were nice. Very clean and comfortable.

Negative: A bit of a sulfur smell in the bathroom. Room was by pool so had noisy kids for a while. Need thicker stiffer pillows as an option but maybe they had them I just didn’t ask.

Positive: The property was very clean and fresh! The staff that we interacted with were all great!

Negative: We just wished that breakfast would have been available earlier. We were in town for a sports tournament and had to be at the sports facility at 7am both days and missed out on breakfast. All other places we have traveled to for tournaments have breakfast starting at 6am for those unlucky athletes that draw the early games.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay!
