Summary: The apartment is large, luminous and well fitted with appliances and cookware. The view is amazing and it is within walking distance of a small grocer, boulangerie and restaurant. Steps from the ocean, loved leaving the windows open at night to hear the waves. A big plus is the elevator (the unit on 3rd floor American, 2nd European and I had a HEAVY suitcase). The concierge was super nice and reliable. It was nice having the garage space BUT it is SMALL. If you have a wide car, it may not fit.
