New-Contemporary and Cozy has 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom - one king bed and ensuite with soaker and walk-in shower.
1 lower level bedroom - two ex.l twin beds combine into king, next door to main lower bath with bath/shower combo.
2 nd lower level bedroom - one queen bed, next door to main lower bath and near lower powder room.
Excellent linens and bedding
Guest area is open concept-separate and above garage, full kitchen facilities, and has sleeping for 3-4.
2 Extended Twin Beds can be combined into a King.
plus it has an -Allerton Queen- Comfortable pull out foam bed.
Main area has newer Viking, Kitchenaid and Miele Appliances.
Guest area has newer stainless steel appliances.
each area has a washer/dryer laundry pair and an outside LPG Grill for BBQ'ing.
main area sleeps six to eight and can be rented with or without guest area which sleeps an additional 4 people. Total maximum guests are limited to 10.

Summary: Location, location, location!!! Otters & seals every day. We walked to town picking blackberries along the way. Easy drive to Victoria or airport. This was a great option for our group of friends getting together from various places. Comfy beds, lots of towels, we were all sad to leave at the end of our stay! (Great communication from host also)

Summary: Beautiful home, and views from the property. We saw lots of seals, otters, and birds.No beach access or outdoor table for dining, but large indoor dining table and nice lounge chairs outside. Bbq off on the patio near the kitchen was convenient.Additional suite is above the garage with a nice little patio. In the main house the largest master bedroom was on the main floor, you enter on the top floor with kitchen and more formal seating area. Downstairs has the other 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large couch in casual living room and a ‘movie room’ space.Really amazing water views and comfortable home with well stocked kitchen

Summary: We stayed in this house for 7 days this July, and found the listing to be fairly accurate! The house was very well stocked (best I have ever seen at a VRBO) and perfectly clean. We did run into a couple of small issues involving the lights not working, but the owner communicated quickly and we replaced a number of the light bulbs (they were specialty bulbs, and almost all the bathrooms were burnt out for some reason). The house is gorgeous, and we really liked being able to spread out as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was really fun to see all the wildlife visit the dock too! We saw blad eagles, otters, deer, and seals. It was pretty magical. I would be happy to visit again!

Summary: It was a beautiful place to stay for the 8 we had I. Our group, which included two kids and 6 adults,were very comfortable! The house was gorgeous and immaculate! Every Amenity you would ever need was anticipated by our host. The ocean view was breathtaking and the playful otters and seals on the dock were fun for all to watch! We appreciated the garage space as a place we could park our electric bikes as well. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were SO fluffy and nice. The highlight of the house was the huge windows on both levels and the outdoor decks that provided spectacular views of the ocean and sea life. The beach was easily accessible and the pathway was well groomed. Some in our party enjoyed paddle boarding there as well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Sooke area!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out—perfectly accommodating our group of six. Everyone slept comfortably, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was particularly impressive—well-equipped, spacious, and a real highlight of the home. Summary: Beautiful house amazing view, recommend this house the only down fall was our stay was only 3 nights. Truly amazing house, found Sooke to be a great alternative to Victoria. The kids enjoyed private beach scavenging for crabs and any other creature they could find. Thank you!

Summary: The house is stunning, seals all day in the water right in front of you. It's really spacious a d invited, comfy places to sit and overall really home-like. Host was great with communication. The suite is fully separate so you do have to go outside of the main house to get in but not a big deal. Beautiful place would absolutely recommend
