Positive: At the time of booking, they confirmed the booking. Later, they asked me to check in at another place in one of their hotels. When I went there again, they sent me to another place for check-in. I booked a premium hotel and paid a high cost, but they asked me to stay at an average type hotel.

Negative: They shouldn't accept the Booking if they don't have room availability.

Negative: The booking website (Booking.com) didn't shorten my trip apart from the conformation acknowledgement i received. I have to pay extra day without being there and moreover their customer is worst.
