Positive: The staff were so helpful, going out of their way to help us get Ubers, look after our luggage for the day and give us a room to change in before going to the airport in the evening.

Negative: The room was very small and basic. We booked for bed and breakfast but what we were brought in the morning was just some very local Indian food and not enough for 3 people.

Positive: The hotel was clean and beautiful. Wi-Fi, TV was working properly, property is in my budget, The food offerings at breakfast were lovely too. My stay in total was a very enjoyable one. We got a lot of help from the staff was very kind an d helpful. We would stay here again without doubt.

Negative: Didn't receive any acknowledgement or reply from the hotel about the request of early checkin already shared through the app multiple times and got charged extra for the early check in even when the room was available. Although this early checkin was included in the total price charged.
