Positive: I wholeheartedly recommend it! We stayed here for 4 nights – 5 days, and everything was perfect. The accommodation is located in a good area, just 5 minutes away from the metro station, which takes you both to the center of Naples and to other tourist destinations. The place is equipped with everything you need, and on top of that, cleaning is done daily. On Sunday, the day we left, the host prepared breakfast for us in the room. Alessandra, the person who took care of our stay, was extremely kind, responded to all our requests, and guided us as needed. We highly recommend this accommodation – premium services and very clean.

Negative: I have nothing to complain about. Everything was absolutely outstanding.

Positive: The apartment was close to the hospital and the university (which I preferred). It is not in the quietest part of town, but very quiet for Naples. The apartment has a good window, so when the windows are closed, it is super quiet. I slept with the window open and nothing woke me up. The bed was comfortable. The maid comes every day. Anyway, the value for money is very good, and if I go there again, I prefer to stay there. And breakfast was in a nearby gas station bar, to my surprise it was super fresh and honestly very good. Much better than the packaged processed food (so common in B&Bs in Italy).

Positive: It was convenient as it was 6-10 mins away from a train station but you need to put the key in to be able to have electricity in the room. The bed was huge so that was great and there was cleaning every day (although I found a hair so two which wasn’t mine after the cleaning). There was also Netflix and Amazon prime which was great!

Negative: The bathroom door gets in the way if it’s not closed as it’s a bit of a tight fit in the washroom. No tea kettle and you have to go to a gas station down the street to get breakfast.

Summary: Alessandra was very accommodating during the stay!

Positive: Such a great place to stay for short stays. We have been many times as so convenient and close to the airport and metro. Antonella is so helpful and my little boy said it’s like coming home. It is super clean and such good value for money.

Positive: Very easy and quick communication with Alessandra - she was very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and modern. I thought the bed was very comfortable! However my boyfriend thought the bed was a bit too hard. Location is decent - it is 2 minutes walk from a metro station.

Positive: Very big and bright room, super clean and cleaning lady comes every morning (if you want to). Its a 3 minute walk away from the metro station and super accessible from the center. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Negative: This has nothing to do with the room itself, but the building is very close to the hospital so its a bit noisy during the night. The walls of the rooms are also a bit thin, so if in any of the other rooms someone is snoring, you will hear it too (leaving this info for light sleepers)

Summary: Will come back here when visiting Napoli again!
