Positive: The house and garden were amazing. Someone met us at the property and showed us around. The kitchen facilities were outstanding with everything we needed for our stay, and the owners picked us fresh fruit from the trees in the garden. The kids and my mother in law said their beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean with plenty of space for clothing. There was a lovely take out place and a little shop for essentials nearby. Getting around by train and bus was really simple once we learned the ways. Loved staying here and would consider returning some day. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. Very kind and supportive of our needs. They let us stay an hour longer as our flight was late at night. They were in touch and keeping us updated appropriately, which made us feel reassured. The garden was absolutely amazing with hammock and deck chairs in the cellar, which were so comfortable. Loads of little spots to eat outside, and the kids LOVED it. We had a BBQ one of the days, which was lovely. Neighbours were friendly and it was very quiet. We felt safe and at home most of the time. There was a hair dryer and iron, both very good quality. We were able to access Netflix on the TV, not that we had time to watch it. There was coffee and sugar at the property, and the coffee was lovely. We enjoyed many cups from the espresso machine and loved the tasteful cottage feel of the decor. The shower was also amazing with shampoo and other useful items available. Towels were clean and set out for us. We didn't really want for anything. Oven and fridge were clean and dishwasher and washing machine great. We even did a load of washing that dried in one day on the available airer. There is a tumble dryer, too. Kids loved the secret cave under the house, too. We recieved a lovely message when we left and our security deposit was returned very quickly and through PayPal.
Negative: On booking . Com it said that we could arrange an extra bed, which we did as we decided to invite my mother-in-law. I was under the impression there would be another "bed" and paid an extra €235 for this. When we arrived, however, there was not. I was travelling with 4 children and a senior, and my partner and I had to sleep on the sofa during our stay as we could not have the children dictating when we all went to bed. I thought that by booking the extra bed , this would be avoided. This was not to our taste as we could not sleep side by side and had no bedroom for the duration of the trip. Perhaps this should be made clearer as it seems we paid €235 for an extra towel and a deckchair for around the dining room table. The bedroom arrangements didn't quite work for us, but to be fair, i perhaps should have asked the host specifically as they were very reachable and very helpful. The sofa, though a fan was available and pillows, blankets, and sheets, etc, it wasn't to my personal level of comfort. €90 for an early check-in also seems quite steep. We were asked to pay a cash security deposit, which was difficult for us and left us with less money for the trip and other means of payment were not allowed. This should be available with a credit card or transfer as the money was then transferred back to us through paypal. Im not sure why cash was demanded. The book with instructions on how to use different facilities wasn't always clear, and some information was out of date. The BBQ was not clean and still contained coals and ash from the previous occupants, though there weren't really the facilities to clean it. I did feed this back to the host, who assured me they would address this. We cleaned it as best we could as it was one of the requirements on the folder.

Positive: the house is well equipped with all facilities to stay for a long period of time. Very lovely, spacious and private garden. great runaway from the city for relaxing in the village plus 10 min by car to Disney land, highly recommend for families not wanting to stay in a hotel and enjoy cooking and living as if they are at their own house. the toilets have bidets, which is a nice thing to have especially for people used to use them. you can park your car in the front garden, which makes it easy to pick up and drop your luggage as well as having your own parking space.

Positive: It was 10 minutes from Disney and the kids loved the third floor in the eaves of the house, having their own quarter
Negative: The beds were really hard on the top floor for the kids, but that’s preference. It says that there are toiletries to use for free, but it’s opened toiletries from previous guests and would’ve preferred them new so you know it’s more hygienic, but again that’s preference.

Positive: The house is beautifully and sympathetically renovated with excellent facilities. The location is fantastic for both Disneyland Paris and visiting the capital. The town is lovely with a pharmacy, boulangerie, mini market and pizzeria within easy walking distance and supermarket a short drive away. The hosts were friendly, very helpful and easy to contact. Couldn't recommend this property more highly - the photos don't do it justice!
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like about the property or our stay.

Positive: The house was full of character and charm, It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts clearly love this house and it shows throughout. Feryel was speedy to respond to all our questions before our stay and both herself and her husband met us upon our arrival and they were both very welcoming. Having it's own private parking with electric gates was a big bonus. It's perfect for anyone who's visiting Disney as it's only a 10 minute drive away. There's a small grocery shop, pharmacy and a take away only a few minutes walk from the house and a bigger Casino supermarket a short drive away. Would definitely recommend to anybody considering staying here.
