Summary: We booked an hour before arrival for a one night stay. It’s a beautiful property on the water. Since the restaurant has a limited selection of items on the menu we sought advice from the front desk and she made a reservation for us. Very helpful and we ate at the recommended restaurant which was perfect for our tastes. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order, great selection of items etc.

Summary: We had a suite and it was quite phenomenal. Lovely news. Temperature was perfect. Large room. We stayed for nearly a week and could have stayed longer. The pool and spa was just a short walk along the corridor. That also was wonderful and at this time of the year we had the pool to ourselves. Meals were great and wonderful service and atmosphere. Oh, and a 75 inch television giving us a cinema for the evening. Room service was also great.

Summary: Only stayed for one night returning home to England, but we eceived a warm welcome and we loved dinner on the terrace overlooking the river. You have a great team - warm, friendly and efficient 👍

Summary: Fährhaus gave us a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect - the service in the reception, the restaurant and the room - simply nothing to complain over. we used the pool in the morning, everything was clean and nice and the fact that they have the pool on 5th floor gives a stunning view. We will recommend this hotel anytime.

Summary: This is a beautiful property with a great staff. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Koblenz. Make sure to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food is delicious.

Summary: An amazing hotel. Very convenient smoke parking, a terrace on the Moselle for outdoor dining, a fine kitchen and helpful knowledgable servers. I was in the area for business but this would be a great place for a short break.
