Positive: It was a pleasure to be hosted by Shyed. There were some unprecedented accident in the house, and he couldnt have handled it more perfectly. Even with all the unexpected trouble, he provided us with a different location and anything we needed to adapt our plans to the new place. It could have been easier to just cancel the reservation and lay us out but not only that, he was attentive, kind and helpful beyond our stay. It was our first time in the UK and Shyed had our backs. Also, the house was clean, warm and comfortable and even bigger than the previous one. We couldnt have had a better stay.

Positive: The location was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Things like dish towels, can openers and knives were missing from the kitchen, no bar of soap for bathing and having a hand held shower head was difficult. I had a hard time getting into the tub as I had recently had spinal surgery, 3 towels were difficult for a six day stay and I couldn’t wash them as the dryer was not operational.
