Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Elgin Terrace! We stayed for 3 days (myself, mum and 7 month daughter).Saf was a dream host, communication was super easy. He allowed us to check in early and check out late and was waiting for us at the property with coffee ☕ Any queries we had during our stay were responded to quickly and helpfully and recommendations were great. The apartment is exactly like the photos, very spacious, homely and warm. It has everything you could need for your stay - Saf also left a cot and high chair for my daughter which was extremely appreciated. Location is perfect - beautiful street in leafy suburb. There is a lovely park immediately behind the apartment which was ideal for walks and if you had children, it has a play park, tennis courts and table tennis. A lovely bakery and the Maida Vale tube station is less than 5mins walk from the apartment as well as some other convenience stores. Couldn't recommend this place more or speak more highly of the host - we can't wait to go back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Positive: Our experience exceeded all expectations. The host met us upon arrival and provided a thorough walkthrough. He was really nice and super welcoming. During the stay we had some questions and received a response within minutes. The flat itself has everything you may need and much much more, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, really comfortable bedrooms, cozy living room. The terrace was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The location itself is fantastic, within a 2 minute walk to a station.

Positive: It's a beautiful house, exquisitely decorated and very close to the train station. The photos actually don't do justice, and the place is even better in person. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one would need to cook. Excellent selection of tea, coffee, and chocolates were available in the kitchen. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave us a very warm welcome. Thank you for the excellent stay.

Positive: Saf was an excellent host. He was attentive and helpful and answered messages promptly. The apartment was steps from the Tube and the neighborhood had several shops and restaurants close by. We loved the apartment decor and small patio as well.

Positive: The owner was a delightful and welcoming host. He patiently waited for us to arrive from the airport, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and even took me on a quick drive to show me local hotspots. His hospitality made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, with a peaceful neighborhood and a nearby tube station. A nice café and groceries stores nearby. The apartment itself was well equipped, with a modern kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a convenient washer/dryer. The terrace, surrounded by greenery, was a nice spot to enjoy the fresh air.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

Positive: Fabulous property with genuinely attentive host. Two minutes from the tube and a 10-15 minute journey into central London. Great local shops nearby, with a couple of Tesco supermarkets within 10 minute walk. The balcony overlooking the park and greenery was lovely on a summer's evening. Would definitely use again, should I have the need, and would recommend to anyone that wants a homely, roomy, comfy, characterful apartment to use as a base for exploring London - much more convenient than the run-of the-mill stuff over in the Docklands/Canary Wharf.
Negative: The light in the front bedroom was a bit dim, but that's all.
