Positive: The staff were very nice people. They keep the place clean

Negative: You could not shut off the tub, it slow ran continuously. The kitchen sink leaked. The stove burners have bad connections or something. Sometimes they worked and often they didnt work except on high.

Positive: Close to many restaurant options even though there was a kitchen in the room. Beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Carpet in room had a lot of stains, bathroom shower faucet had a constant drip, night stand top was peeling off, and hotel didn’t have an ice machine.

Positive: I stay at this hotel when I come to Rochester. Excellent evening desk staff, quiet and clean rooms. Very affordable rooms. Very spacious! Your night deskman needs a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy after a 5 hour drive to get there!

Negative: The refrigerators need to be replaced or painted. The rust and scratches look trashy. The last time I stayed, the fridge was in rough condition and rattled all night long! The shower curtains need replacing. They smell like urine from the mildew on them.

Positive: The hotel was very quiet, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, and even though I didn’t use the kitchen, it was a nice bonus to have one. Considering the price, I felt like I got a lot for my money. The staff was kind, and the hotel wasn’t far from the highway—just slightly tucked away, which made it peaceful. I also liked having access to nearby services like grocery stores, which came in handy for the next leg of my trip.

Negative: There was a mistake with my booking, and the staff member on duty when I arrived late at night wasn’t able to process the reservation through Booking.com. I ended up having to pay twice, but the issue was resolved the next morning by the supervisor, who refunded me right away after identifying the error. To be fair, the young woman who helped me really did her best and was very kind—it was just an honest mistake. Still, it made me feel a bit unsure at first, and I’m not sure how a less patient guest would have reacted. That said, I truly appreciated how well they handled the situation in the end. Also, the listing mentioned breakfast included, but it was really just a coffee and a packaged muffin to-go. Not a real breakfast, but for the price I paid, it was still acceptable.
