Summary: Could not recommend this place enough!! We came for my bachelorette trip & not only is the place so adorably decorated, it was so clean & cozy. The beds and pillows were so comfortable & smelled amazing too. The location is 2 seconds from Notre Dame & 5 minute walk to Old Port and other areas. Favorite property I’ve ever rented!!

Summary: The apartment was exceptionally clean. It has bedrooms for 12 people, but only two bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with an excellent refrigerator dishwasher, stove top, coffee maker and lots of pots and pans.it could use more cooking utensils like cutting boards, spatulas, etc. the only possibile complaint is noise from the apartment above as footsteps are very loud. But overall, I would recommend this apartment

Summary: An excellent stay overall! Great location, lots of room, would definitely come back again in the future.A few observations for possible improvements are:1. Consider furnishing one of the bedrooms with two twin beds. Our group was nine people, only two of which were married. That meant some people shared a bed that weren’t a couple or someone opted to sleep on a couch.2. The dishwasher is missing its silverware bin.3. A list of recommended restaurants in the area would be helpful. We particularly enjoyed Quattro across the street; excellent food and they were able to accommodate our large group.

Summary: Great location and well appointed apartment which has room for a large group. As an fyi, four of the bedrooms have walls that do not go fully to the ceiling - not an issue for our group. The second bathroom is through the main bedroom which again was not an issue for us. Al was responsive and attended to give us a walk through the property. All pictures are accurate.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at this location. In spite of the minor inconvenience of the elevator being out of service, this loft apartment was perfect for our party of six. The place was very clean and spacious. We would definitely come back and stay here in the future.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate ahead of one of our friend’s wedding. Al was a great host, met us at the property, showed us the codes to enter downstairs and the property. The flat itself is very cool, much better decorated than your run of the mill generic listing. All the appliances are new and in working condition. Kitchen adequately stocked although we ate out for all our meals. The bedrooms were more than plentiful for our group of 8. A few of the rooms have an open design so will keep up anyone who sleeps early. The 2 bathrooms were manageable and both were nice and recently renovated. The one hassle was the upstairs neighbors had a stomping party in the mornings that were a bit noisy, not sure if that always happens but would not prevent me from staying there again. Overall great find
