. GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE:
1. It is forbidden to smoke indoors in all circumstances. It is tolerated on the patios. $ 500 air purification fee, if you smoked indoors.
2. Leave your shoes and boots at the entrance. Use slippers provided for walking indoors.
3. No PARTY or Event is tolerated by inviting other people who do not part of the reservation.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Children are allowed but be careful to watch them at all times, especially with the stairs and glasses inside the penthouse.
6. DURING YOUR STAY No excessive noise or loud music before 8am and after 10pm outside, to respect the neighbors.
7. Lock all doors when leaving the property and arm the alarm.
8. Keys - two keys are provided to open the front door.
9. The property of the house: Damage or theft will be charged on your deposit as collateral.
10. Security: Camera installed at the back and at the entrance for your safety.
11.For our attention: If you notice anything during your stay, notify us.
