Welcome! This cottage is just perfect - it's adorable, fully independent and recently renovated. The cottage is 660 square feet, in pristine condition and offers two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two twins - complete with a full bath, stocked kitchen, living area with flatscreen tv and outdoor shower.
Additionally, there is a unique, spacious, screened-in barn for ping pong or relaxing after dinner.
The lot is beautifully landscaped with mature, colorful gardens and fruit trees, rock walls and a shell driveway. It is a short walk to famed Mac’s Seafood Market and restaurant, as well as numerous other convenient shops and restaurants. The property is only a 5 minute drive to Harding, Ridgeville and Cockle Cove beaches. If you prefer the ocean side beaches, Lighthouse Beach is only a 5 minute drive east. And if you like riding a bike - only ten minutes to Harding Beach and Chatham village center. Nearby Monomoy Wildlife Refuge on Morris Island is another beautiful spot to explore in addition to the many surrounding villages like Orleans, Brewster and Harwich.
There are AC units throughout; beach chairs (6), games and a cooler for beach days; wireless internet and hundreds of TV channels, board games and cards. High chair and crib available upon request. And these are just some of the amenities!

Summary: The house was super fo 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything worked fine and the house was clean. Whit was quick to respond to any questions we had. Perfect pre-summer visit to the Cape. Kids had fun with the ping pong and foosball in the garage. Thank you!

Summary: This was a great location for our visit to the Cape! The cottage was super comfortable, light and airy, and beautiful. It was very centrally located. Whit was incredibly responsive and made our trip go smoothly. We would most certainly return!!!!

Summary: Charming cottage and barn extension with ping pong table and other games. Also, an additional table and chairs allowed for an outdoor dining experience. Whit, the owner, was totally attentive to our questions and requests. I found him to be an outstanding host. Only one caveat, being four people, we had to organize our shower schedule for one bathroom use, however a shower outside was available if we wanted. We all had a lovely Cape Cod experience and I highly recommend. Caroline

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Whit’s cottage in Chatham for the long Labor Day weekend. We had the most wonderful time. The cottage itself was lovely. It had everything one would need for a great gateaway! The location was awesome, it was near downtown Chatham, close to so many shops, restaurants and beaches…as well as great ice cream places! Whit was great throughout the whole process, very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Just a very nice person altogether! Thank you very much Whit for letting us stay at your lovely cottage!!

Summary: Planned a five day escape to celebrate the beginning of Summer with my Son and his best friend (14). I loved that the amenities included Ping Pong, Foosball , Smash Ball and a grassy backyard. The Cottage was spotless and beds comfortable. Whit, the owner was an exceptional communicator and quick to share local information, even has put together a visitors guide for his guests. The Weber Grill was easy to use and we created many tasty meals. The Cottage is behind the main house which sits on Main Street 2 miles from Chatham Village (near Mac’s Chatham Fish and Lobster.) Both Lighthouse Beach and Harding’s Beach are 5 minute drive. I enjoyed walking the neighborhoods on Oyster Pond.
