This is the perfect home for family gatherings, reunions, families traveling together or just an awesome get away! Named, the Rim View Grand, this 7000 square foot mansion was completed in 2024 and was specifically built for vacationers like you! This 3 story, 7 king size bedroom, 6 bath mansion has it all, starting with the most amazing 360 degree views from its 7200 square feet of outdoor decking including Lake Powell, the Colorado River, the Glenn Canyon Dam, the Golf Course and so much more.
The Rim View Grand features, a "gated" negative edge swimming pool for child safety and a spa large enough to fit your entire party of 14! Inside, you will find large living areas including an 800 square foot Master Suite, multiple kitchen islands, gas range, stainless steel appliances with a fully accessorized kitchen ready for any gathering. In the game room, you will find, a full size billards table, air hockey table, wet bar, multiple TVS, video arcade, Playstation with unlimited play subscription, shuffleboard and plenty of board games to keep everyone occupied. Want to see the stars at night or take in the views? YOU HAVE TO GO to the 3rd story Star Deck which features plenty of seating, lounging, gas fireplace and even an roof top outdoor shower! If that isn't enough, you can wonder the estate outdoors to discover its secrets. You will find a large seperate cabana with private seating, dining and fireplace - all with amazing views. You will additionally find a human size Chess board, large firepit, outdoor grilling area with propane powered pizza oven and so much more. With plenty of seating everywhere on every level of this estate, you will surely be comfortable know matter where you wonder to! - King Size Beds in all 7 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the main level including the master bedroom and 3 full baths. 5 bedrooms upstairs with 3 full baths. All bedrooms are of very good size.
- 3 ensuite bedrooms
- Televisions in the Family Room and Game Room have upgraded Dish network included with full streaming capabilities.
- Every bedroom has a television with High Speed Internet access for streaming.
- 3 Full size washer and dryers including seperate W/D in the Master closet.
- Fully accessorized kitchen including coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, rice cooker and everything you would need for a large meal.
- Multiple Refrigerators (Main Kitchen and Upstair Laundry Room)
- Tesla / Electric Car charging station in the two car garage (full access to double car garage).
- The imported outdoor travertine in the rear of the estate is from Turkey and was specifically used for it is crystal based properties to help stay cool on hot days.
How are we different from the everyone else EXCEPT the Rim View Chateau (our sister property)
- We allow our guests to use everything on the property including the firepits, grills, leds and fireplaces.
- Black out blinds in each of the bedrooms
- We have upgraded DISH network that feeds the two main 72 inch televsions in the house.
- The pool and spa are fully gated from the rest of the property for child safety.
- We have NO additional charges for Property Managers or Property Management and we see our competitors charging as much as $1000 for PM fees and they don't even have a PM company.
