Summary: The unit is very clean, obviously a new build. Appliances were like brand new showroom features. Very open & spacious. Having a back deck sitting area and fenced in area for our little dog was a plus. We had a question with the thermostat controls and the host Fred came within 15 minutes to show us. The bed was very comfortable. It was in the 80s, we bought 2 table top fans for more comfort. Over all was a wonderful stay. If there’s a draw back, it’s just being on the main road, traffic can get pretty noisy.

Summary: We were on the go for much of our week in the U.P., and this was a great place to land at the end of each day. Accommodations were just right - everything we needed, nothing we didn’t, and a terrific location. Our pup loved morning and evening walks on the trails, the lake was lovely, and during a warm week, Fred and Maria were thoughtful about making sure things were cool and comfortable. We’re looking forward to going back.
