Positive: Very quiet spot, nobody next to you or above you. The unit is all yours. It's small but plenty big for 2 people and very cozy.

Negative: it would be good to have instructions for the TV. We didn't know it was streaming only. once we knew that we figured it out.

Summary: cozy unit in the woods... beautiful area all around.
