Negative: The bed was a bit hard, as well the pillows. The decoration is also a bit old-fashion and dark.

Positive: The location is convenient and easily accessible to get all around Zürich. I only stayed for one evening, so I do not have much to say, but I was completely satisfied. Communication with the host is easy. I did not see it in the property description before I booked (even though it is clearly stated) and was quite worried about needing to pay a security deposit directly to a host (and outside of booking), but it was returned without any problems. I think the price is also very fair! It was a very good spot for me to spend an evening in Zürich. I have no complaints!

Negative: It's worth noting that access to the gym or sauna requires paying an additional fee.

Positive: Gorgeous city, and public transportation was closely accessible and stores near by. The spa facilities are very nice.

Negative: The spa facilities are confusing to get to and potentially have an extra charge. Had to keep track of previous damage due to bad scenario at the property in the past and that is stressful when you are paying extra deposit and are respectful. Also, this is a studio not an apartment, 1 room. Wardrobe and closet are filled with towels that you need to pay extra for so there is no storage space for your travel items. Just felt a bit overcharged with everything going on but I suppose all of Zurich is.
