Summary: Recently had a short break in this lovely home. Absolutely delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable with excellent parking. Communication with Diane was good and easy check in process. The online photos don’t do the property justice and it’s even better and more spacious than they show. Facing a lovely beach and about a 20/30 min walk into Banff depending on how quick you are. Lots of nice places around. We especially liked Portsoy, Cullen and Pennan. We had a break and would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful four-day stay in Diane's townhome. The home is well-equpped, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. We were two couples and we never felt like we were tripping over one another. The location and view of the beach and playground is first rate. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Diane's home to others.

Summary: The Beaches was a really great holiday rental for us 3 Canadians traveling in Scotland. The bedrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was very well laid out and the location - so close to the sea - was ideal. We loved everything about our stay here. The host was very helpful too. Parking was easy and the view of the ocean from most of the rooms was stunning. We highly recommend this holiday house for your travels.
