Summary: Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown district. Only a couple of to Canada Place (very convenient for cruisers) & shuttles to local spots and a 25 minute walk to Stanley Park. Friendly staff and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: The hotel is well located in the heart of downtown Vancouver just 5 minutes walk from Burrard station. It has a distinctively French theme with its Alouette Bistro serving a delicious ala carte breakfast. You can also dine Al fresco like in a Parisian cafe. The room is clean and spacious with cellphone app enables access. Toiletries were from L’Occitane.

Summary: A very small hotel. Service was lacking. Indifferent and uncaring until i spoke to manager/concierge. He was a nice man. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. It was very good as was the service. I wouldn't stay there again but i would go back to Allouette restaurant. Valet guys were great!
