Summary: The location was private and quite . The reason for the disappointment was the communation with the property owner went unanswered nor solved. Spoked diectley with the owner and his worker about the hot tub not working. I was told by the property owner that he would be down to look at it. A few hours passed and my son contacted him again and he was told he was on his way to look at it, which he never showed up. The hot tub in the woods was one of the main reasons for us booking here. Will not book this site again

Summary: other than it being a little muddy outside due to all the rain, could use a little additional grading and gravel work but very secluded and private get away. Hot tub was nice and clean and the tiny home was very clean and has everything you need.
