Summary: Stayed in early December 2017, the villa is lovely. All facilities you need are provided by Filipe for a relaxing holiday. The area is nice and quiet but we loved that. There are a couple of larger towns close by for shops etc and we enjoyed nipping there in the mornings and having a coffee with the locals and watching the world go by. All in all a fantastic holiday, we would recommend and would definitely go back sometime. Thanks Filipe!

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Felipe’s (awesome) house in the calm village of Giniginamar. Perfectly located and with a beautiful view to the sea side. The owner is a nice person and was very supportive and responsive. All formalities went smooth and well. Since we knew all the places at Fuerteventura before booking, we never thought of spending our time at this rocky beach but opted for going to other beaches instead. A car is a must. Shopping (grocery, bakery) and few nice Restaurants in Gran Tarajal. The internet (at extra cost) worked perfectly and Pokemon had reached out these days to Giniginamar as well. Enjoyable time, would come again.

Summary: The village is a small one built just on a quiet ocean sea site. The villa is a luxury and pampering one. Projected by a smart architect it makes you became part of nature that is wind, sea, sun. You' ll find inside every kind of confort. All is sparkling and efficient. The owner is really a nice one who makes you feel immediatly a fuerteventura suppoter.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at this wonderful villa. Felipe was very friendly and helpful, and his villa is simply magnificent. Beautiful and comfortable. Every day we had breakfast on the terrace with sea view. Giniginamar is a tiny, sleepy town, away from the tourist resorts. The beach itself is rocky but Giniginamar is an excellent starting point to explore the south of the island with its beautiful sand beaches.

Summary: We really loved this place. It is close to the sea and away from all the tourists, just two neighbours and one of them is never there, the other ones were really nice. You can walk to to the sea for a morning dive. The house is well equipped and has a very nice layout and athmosphere. Feng Shui as advertised but we simply liked it. It has two bedrooms and one sort of bedroom above. To get to the third bedroom you have to cross one bedroom. Probably a good place for your kids, best place to view the sunrise. For shopping, go to Gran Tarajal. The local bar is actually quite good as well. One thing we missed is a proper Internet connection but we got a Vodafone prepaid sim in Gran Tarajal and that worked just fine. The owner is cool ;-)
