Positive: A great find ! Great decor with indoor plants and outdoor garden. Apartment has lift & Central location near Duomo & shops & restaurants. Unit very clean and spacious. Very good communication & instructions by Mgr . Also provide us a hearty and nutritious breakfast spread.

Negative: Nothing. All perfect!

Positive: The location couldn’t be better. Just 5 minutes walk to the duomo , 2 minutes to all the best shopping in Milan. The apartment is designed nicely , equipped with everything you need and super comfortable for leisure and work. The WiFi is very fast. Very very good experience And to top that a very nice and relaxed roof top garden.

Positive: The host left plenty of food and refreshments for our arrival and to tide us over until we shopped. BRILLIANT! Thank you. The shopping was amazing and two teenage granddaughters took great advantage of it! The people were very friendly and helpful to us and the Metro was easy to understand and use. No need for taxis. Milan is a great centre for travel by train. You can travel to Venice,Verona, Lakes Como or Garda, for a modest train fare. This was our second time in Milan. Love it!

Negative: Early start to building works in the vicinity and the church bells at 8.15a.m. and sporadically throughout the day. I actually looked forward to hearing them, to remind me, that I was a guest in their community.

Summary: This was the most beautiful, comfortable apartment you could ever wish for.

Positive: Location was excellent. Tina helped all the way despite of language barrier. She made sure our stay is comfortable.

Negative: As such everything was good. May be the breakfast arrangement can be made better but even that was not of any concern .
